Delta Hotels By Marriott Quebec - Quebec City

Had a blast with friends! We loved the location since it was close to the Grand Theatre of Quebec and the underground walkway to shopping spots. The staff was super friendly, and everything was clean and in good shape. The outdoor heated pool was amazing, especially in the cold weather. I'd definitely recommend this place for a fun getaway.

One downside was the breakfast buffet. While it had a variety of options, it was mostly low-quality. For the price, I expected better.

Big building and rooms with a queen bed. Nice variety of bread and meats for breakfast...

The weather was lovely, had really nice stay on vacation. Everyone who worked there was very friendly. We loved pet-friendly and beautifully maintained room with 2 queen beds. The breakfast was healthy, it included reasonably priced bread and meats.

The unit we got was recently refurbished and huge with panoramic views, a queen bed, for example.

Marvellous, decent location very close to the convention centre. The room was huge and bright with fridge, a good view and desk & chair, excellent service. Polite staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The washroom was dirty, toilets filthy, sink & bath filthy had to wash it B4 use, and the restaurant we went down for Breakfast and got a bowl of cereal for my mom and there was a wet paper in the cereal, Only thing that was good was the location .

Proximity to the Quebec Winter carnival festivities was great.

Terribly overrated, poor value for money ratio, room was not clean, lobby and elevator especially need an uplift. I brought my wife to the Delta chain because of its' reputation. The weekend prove to be quite disappointing (at least the hotel stay)

The staff were friendly.

It is near old Quebec City which you can walk to easily, and was close to my destination for a trade show.

I made a reservation for two rooms, saying that we wanted to be on the same floor and paid for both rooms before the other party arrived. Result I was on dthe 3rd floor they on the 9th. At check-in I was told the 3rd floor had a better view than the 9th, this after they saw my rate?

Its location to old quebec was perfect

Sevice at the bistro saturday night. Barmaid was barely polite and sulky

It was an atmosphere of extremes in comfort.

The valet parking came as a suprise to very weary travellers who had an untidy car filled with holiday etceteras to deal with in short measure.

The hotel manager was excellent and let us depart with a "good taste in our mouths".

We explained our complaits to the Manager who dealt with them very effectively

The Sunday Brunch was nice

the kitchen was closed on arrival which meant ordering out for a bad hamburger rather than something fresh

We could have our pet Labrador with us.

Everyone was wonderful and the staff all enjoyed petting our very friendly Labrador named Christian
